Lu Gan founded Amrita Healthcare in 2022. She comes from a third-generation family of Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners and holds a master's degree in acupuncture from Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, where she was later named a distinguished alumna. She trained under Dr. Wei Liu. The clinic's name carries her own: "Amrita" is Sanskrit for divine nectar, and her Chinese name, 甘露 (Gan Lu), means the same thing. Her practice follows the principle of Yang Zheng — cultivating inner resilience rather than treating symptoms alone. Her work has been featured in People's Daily.

Baiying Li studied acupuncture and tui na at Changchun University of Chinese Medicine and completed further training at John & Jenny TCM College in Toronto.

Sufeng (Susan) Peng practised obstetrics and gynecology for more than twenty years at a tertiary hospital in China before joining Amrita Healthcare. She is a senior practitioner of Li-style Gua Sha and trained the clinical team in the technique.

Ka Ki is a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and completed the massage therapy program at Centennial College with honours. Her treatments draw on petrissage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, hot stone massage, and lymphatic drainage.
